Treatments we use
At Back to Fitness Physiotherapy, 95% of the treatment techniques we use are manual therapy based. We work very hard to move the bits of your body that don't want to move, stretch the bits that don't want to stretch and relax the bits that don't want to let go. We use evidence-based treatment techniques and these include:
> Manual therapy (joint mobilisations, manipulations, specific soft tissue massage and mobilisation, stretching)
> Exercise (stretches, strengthening exercises, core stability exercises, general fitness)
